Fahrt in die Berge

Alle Abbildungen dieser Arbeit stammen aus dem Nachlass eines unbekannten Amateurfotografen. Es sind Color Abzüge von Kleinbild negativ Filmen, zumeist auf der Rückseite datiert, die insgesamt über einen Zeitraum von 45 Jahren in Auftrag gegeben wurden – circa von 1950 bis 1995.

Alle Fotos sind aus dem fahrenden Auto heraus aufgenommen. Das sie alle einende Motiv sind dabei Berge oder Gebirgsketten, die während der Fahrt in Sicht kommen. Die Kleinbildabzüge bilden Paare, da sich immer zwei Ansichten des gleichen Berges fanden, mit etwas zeitlichem Abstand nach einander während einer Fahrt aufgenommen.

Drive in the Mountains

All the images in this work come from the estate of an unknown amateur photographer. They are color prints from 35mm negative films, mostly dated on the back, which were commissioned over a total period of 45 years – approximately from 1950 to 1995.

All the photos were taken from a moving car. The motif that unites them all are mountains or mountain ranges that come into view while driving. The 35mm prints form pairs, as there are always two views of the same mountain, taken at some distance from each other during a journey.
